Students with various goals, from different countries, are gathering at Tokyo Galaxy. First, let's listen to the messages of senior students to find out about your new life starting soon.

Before coming to Japan, I was a sightseeing guide in Saipan, where 80% of the tourists are Japanese. That situation made me want to study Japanese seriously.

As I started studying Japanese at Tokyo Galaxy, though, I became interested in business administration, so now I intend to enter university to study it in earnest.

Although life in Japan is busy, it is very enjoyable. I wake up early in the morning, go to school, study, and work at my part-time job in the afternoon. The day passes in a blink of an eye. It has been useful to study Japanese not only at school, but also at the Korean restaurant where I work part-time.

I was able to enter a Japanese university because I studied hard at Tokyo Galaxy. I would like to work in the tourism industry in the future.

Even when I was still in the Philippines, I was longing for the "wonderful environment of Japan", which we often heard of on television. My enjoyable everyday life in Tokyo is my dream come true, although living expenses make life slightly difficult.

I think that Japan is the country that ranks second in importance to the United States. Since I'm already fluent in English, speaking Japanese as well may expand my job opportunities more. I'm already looking forward to my future very much.

I think that Tokyo Galaxy has a very pleasant atmosphere. Teachers always listen kindly to our concerns and questions about anything, and they are very serious during the lesson, so I feel motivated to study. Although I had studied Japanese at a university in China, my progress here was extensive and incomparable. You need to come to Japan and have real-life and candid experiences with Japanese.

I was very pleased to learn that Tokyo Galaxy has various kinds of lessons. For example, there is a "song" class, in which we went to a real karoake place together and sang Japanese songs. It was such fun. There are also Japanese movie and cooking classes. I made progress quickly because the lessons were very enjoyable.

Although life in Japan can be difficult, I hope to work here after studying intensely at this school.

LASANTA : My father works for a Japanese company in Sri Lanka. Since I was a child, I had been thinking, "Hmm, it would be an advantage if I was fluent in Japanese." Since this school is very famous in Sri Lanka, I decided to come here.
NISHAN : Oh yeah. My older brother also studied at Tokyo Galaxy, and he said that it was a good school. You can also learn and master "Kanji", the Chinese characters.
LASANTA : "Kanji" is very difficult for people from Sri Lanka, but I recently started to understand it fairly well, thanks to the great efforts of my teachers.
NISHAN : Mastering Japanese can be such an incredible boost for working abroad, as there are many Japanese companies worldwide, not only in Sri Lanka.
LASANTA : From that standpoint, making friends from various countries at Tokyo Galaxy is a pleasure, because you will have a friend from around the world.
